At Double Top Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Whether you have changed your mind or received a faulty product, our team is dedicated to getting you back to the oche as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Gear
Ensure the darts, boards, or accessories are in their original packaging; please note that used items or personalized flights and stems cannot be accepted for hygiene and resale reasons.
- 3.Ship to Double Top
Affix your return label and ship the package to our warehouse address; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your sporting goods arrive safely at our facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
